Requirements:

Collect application form from Hadey Global Technologies Limited office or download it from the its website - www.hadey.com
Payment of application fee of N5, 000 to;

HADEY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD accounts in;

First Bank (A/C: 2392030006842),
Zenith Bank (A/C: 6010148755)

Submit bank teller as evidence of payment
Submit valid certificate of incorporation
Submit evidence of execution of similar projects.
B. Submission of Pre-qualification Documents:
Submission of pre-qualification documents commences on 27th of September and should reach Hadey Global Technologies Limited, 40 Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos not later than 7th of October, 2010.

Nothing in this advertisement shall be construed to be a commitment on the part of LCCI or Hadey Global Ltd to purchase tickets, reply to any company not found suitable or entitle any applicant to make any claim(s) whatsoever in respect of any expense(s) incurred in preparing a pre-qualification response.

Terms & Conditions

1.	Vendors are required to comply with the requirements as stated in Pre-Qualification Form. Failure to do so may cause the form to be disqualified and rejected.
2.	The payment of N5, 000 (non-refundable) processing fee to HADEY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD accounts in First Bank (A/C: 2392030006842), and Zenith Bank (A/C: 6010148755).
3.	Submit bank teller as evidence of payment with form.
4.	Submit valid certificate of incorporation.
5	. Submit evidence of execution of similar projects.
6.	Banking details MUST be in the name of the company.
7.	Vendors must comply with all the Pre-qualification-criteria for registration to be finalized. Failure to do so may result in the application being declined.
8.	The contents of this Pre-Qualification are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed, directly or indirectly, to third parties without the express permission of the applicant.
9.	The decision of HADEY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is final and is not obliged to give any reason for the non acceptance or rejection of any Pre-Qualification Form submitted.
10.	Any contract signed as a result of this Pre-Qualification exercise shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws enforced in Nigeria.
11.	Pre-Qualification Forms are to be submitted and enclosed in an envelope to be sealed and clearly marked “CONFIDENTIAL” with the Name – Pre-Qualification Of Vendors For Tickets, stated on the top left and addressed clearly to:- Hadey Global Technologies Limited, 40 Ogunlana Drive, Surulere, Lagos.
12.	All Pre-Qualification Forms must be submitted not later than 7th of October, 2010.
13.	Pre-Qualification Forms submitted by facsimile, e-mail or any other means shall be disqualified.
14.	All Pre-Qualification Forms submitted will remain the property of HADEY GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.
15.	The submission of Pre-Qualification Forms by post is at the sole risk of the Applicant.
